These rules govern entry into any giveaway run by CryptoJobs3. They apply to every promotion hosted on the platform. Please read them in full before entering.
1. Sponsor#
All giveaways listed on CryptoJobs3 are organised and managed by CryptoJobs3, in collaboration with selected partners such as BingX, who act as official sponsors and reward providers.
CryptoJobs3 remains the primary point of contact for all giveaways hosted on the platform.

2. Eligibility#
To participate in any giveaway on CryptoJobs3, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Hold a valid and verified account on the partner exchange specified on the giveaway page (such as BingX, Bitunix, Binance, Bitbase, Kraken, or Mubite).
- Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in crypto-related promotions is permitted under applicable laws and regulations (void where prohibited).
- Be fully responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with your local laws and exchange-specific restrictions.
- Not be a member of the CryptoJobs3 team, the partner exchange team, or an immediate family member or household member of such individuals.
Participation is limited to one entry per UID per giveaway. Any attempt to submit multiple entries, use multiple accounts, or bypass this limitation may result in disqualification.
3. How to Enter#
No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in any CryptoJobs3 giveaway.
To take part in an active giveaway:
- Visit the dedicated giveaway page on cryptojobs3.com.
- Enter your email address and the UID linked to your account on the partner exchange specified on that page.
- Confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms by ticking the required checkbox.
- Submit your entry through the form provided.
Each giveaway operates within its own defined entry period, with start and end times clearly displayed on the respective giveaway page. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.
By submitting your entry, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including the eligibility requirements outlined above.
4. Prize and Delivery#
Each giveaway clearly shows the prize amount and details on its dedicated page before you enter.
Unless stated otherwise, rewards are paid in USDT or USDC and delivered via the partner exchange linked to the UID used for participation. When relevant, the network used (such as TRC20 or BEP20) will be specified on the giveaway page.
Once a winner is confirmed and has provided the required details, the prize is typically sent within 5 business days.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, another asset, or a different reward.
If, for any reason, CryptoJobs3 is unable to deliver the stated prize, we reserve the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
Any taxes, duties, or fees related to receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. How Winners Are Picked#
Winners are selected at random using a cryptographically secure system, based on industry-standard randomness (256-bit), similar to the mechanisms used in blockchain environments.
The draw is executed entirely by software. No member of the team can influence, modify, or interfere with the outcome in any way.
Each draw is recorded internally, including the random seed, the full list of eligible entries at the time of the draw, and the applicable rules. If a participant formally disputes a result, the draw can be reproduced using this data to verify that the same winners are selected from the same pool.
Draws are conducted only after the entry period has fully closed and before winners are announced. The number of winners for each giveaway is always specified on its dedicated page.
6. Winner Notification and Claim#
Winners are notified by email using the address provided at the time of entry. The notification includes a private link to a dedicated winner page, where instructions to claim the prize are provided.
Each winner has 7 days from the moment the notification email is sent to complete their claim. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it is considered forfeited.
It is the winner's responsibility to provide all required details within the claim window, including any information needed to deliver the reward (such as a wallet address or exchange UID).
For certain prizes, especially larger amounts, CryptoJobs3 may request identity verification before processing the payout.
If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim within the deadline, CryptoJobs3 reserves the right to conduct a new draw and select a replacement winner from the same pool of eligible entries.
For transparency, winners may also be announced publicly on our social media channels (such as X, YouTube, or others). However, this does not replace the official email notification, which remains the only method used for claim purposes.
Winners are encouraged to share their win on social media and tag our accounts where possible. While not mandatory, this helps maintain transparency and allows others to see real outcomes from the giveaways.
7. Data We Collect#
When you submit an entry, CryptoJobs3 collects and stores a limited set of data required to run the giveaway properly and keep it fair.
Information you provide directly:
- Your email address.
- Your UID (account identifier) on the partner exchange specified in the giveaway.
- Your marketing preferences, if you choose to opt in.
Information collected automatically:
- Your IP address.
- Your browser type, version, language, and timezone.
- Your device type and operating system.
- Your approximate location (country and city, based on your IP address).
- A browser fingerprint: a short identifier generated from your browser settings, used only to detect duplicate entries.
- Basic interaction data, such as how you arrived on the page and how long you spent before submitting.
Why this data is collected:
- Your email and UID are used to identify you and validate your participation.
- Technical data (IP, fingerprint, device characteristics) is used strictly to detect duplicate entries, prevent abuse, and keep the process fair.
- Marketing data is only used if you explicitly opt in.
CryptoJobs3 does not sell your data, and does not use it for advertising outside of what you have explicitly agreed to.
Your entry data is stored for as long as necessary to operate, audit, and, if needed, defend the integrity of the giveaway.

8. Disqualification#
CryptoJobs3 reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant, or to revoke a winning entry at any stage, if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, manipulation, or violation of these rules.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Submitting multiple entries to the same giveaway using different emails, UIDs, devices, IPs, or identities.
- Attempting to bypass entry limits or detection systems (including through VPNs, proxies, emulators, or similar tools).
- Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or stolen information.
- Using bots, scripts, automation, or coordinated methods to enter or influence the giveaway.
- Interfering with, attacking, or attempting to manipulate the giveaway page, tracking systems, UID validation, or draw process.
- Exploiting bugs, technical issues, or unintended loopholes in the system.
- Being a member of CryptoJobs3, involved partners, or an immediate family or household member of such persons.
- Participating from a jurisdiction where this type of promotion is restricted, prohibited, or subject to applicable sanctions or regulatory limitations.
CryptoJobs3 also reserves the right to disqualify any participant for behavior we reasonably consider abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the giveaway. This includes coordinated entry schemes, identity farming, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
Decisions regarding disqualification are made to protect the fairness and credibility of the process for all participants. Our aim is always to keep this as clean and transparent as possible.
9. Consent by Entry#
By submitting an entry to any CryptoJobs3 giveaway, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
You acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in Section 7.
You understand and accept that all giveaway results are determined by the system and are final, subject only to the audit and replay process outlined in Section 5.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that CryptoJobs3, its operator, partners, and any affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, tax obligation, or expense arising from your participation, or from the acceptance, use, or delivery of any prize.
By entering, you take responsibility for ensuring that your participation complies with your local laws and regulations.
10. Intellectual Property and Publicity#
By accepting a prize, you agree that CryptoJobs3 may publicly announce you as a winner of the specific giveaway.
This may include your first name and last initial (for example, "Alex M."), your country, your public social media handle, and a masked version of your exchange UID that hides most of the identifier (for example, "BX****890" reveals only the exchange and the last three characters), along with the name of the giveaway. We will never publish your full name, email address, complete account UID or other full account identifiers, or any sensitive personal data without your explicit written consent.
If you prefer not to be identified publicly, including having your masked UID shown, you may request anonymity by contacting support@cryptojobs3.com before claiming your prize. In such cases, a generic identifier will be used in any public communication instead.
You retain full ownership of any content you share in relation to the giveaway or your prize. However, by sharing such content (including screenshots, messages, or posts), you grant CryptoJobs3 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional and informational purposes related to the same giveaway.
This approach is designed to balance transparency, community trust, and individual privacy.
11. Disputes and Governing Law#
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Georgia.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any concern by contacting support@cryptojobs3.com in good faith before initiating any formal proceedings.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
12. Changes to These Rules#
CryptoJobs3 may update these rules at any time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable regulations, or how giveaways are operated.
Any updates apply only to giveaways that open after the revised version is published. Giveaways already in progress at the time of an update will continue under the rules that were in effect when they opened.
