Refunds Policy

1. Overview#

All sales of digital content and live services are final once delivered.

We issue refunds in specific situations described below, primarily when the issue is on our side, when there is a billing error, or in the limited cases required by consumer protection law.

2. When We Issue Refunds#

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• Session cancelled by CryptoJobs3: full refund processed within 5–10 business days.
• Duplicate or accidental charge: full refund on request.
• Billing error on our side: wrong amount charged or wrong product delivered. Full refund or correction on request.
• Service not delivered: if access credentials or content were never provided after payment, full refund on request.
• EU/UK statutory rights: see Section 5 below.

3. When We Do NOT Issue Refunds#

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• VIP membership after access has been granted: once your access link or code has been sent, the digital content is considered delivered and the sale is final.
• Sessions that have already taken place: whether you attended or no-showed without prior cancellation, the session fee is non-refundable.
• Educational content once accessed: articles, courses, and posts cannot be refunded once opened, viewed, or downloaded.
• Change of mind or unmet expectations: outside the limited consumer rights window, this does not qualify for a refund.
• Trading losses: our content is educational. Trading outcomes are your sole responsibility. See our Disclaimer for full details.
• Access terminated for Terms violation: if your access is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to reselling setups or content), no refund will be issued.

4. Cryptocurrency-Specific Refund Terms#

Crypto payments are subject to additional conditions:

• Approved refunds on crypto purchases are processed in USDT or USDC, at the USD value of the original purchase, not in the original cryptocurrency or at the original token amount.
• Network fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• We are not responsible for transactions sent to an incorrect wallet address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We will do our best to assist in contacting the relevant network, but we cannot reverse or recover such transactions.
• Crypto refunds may take longer than card refunds depending on network conditions at the time of processing.

5. EU/UK Consumer Rights: 14-Day Withdrawal#

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

However, by purchasing access to digital content or services that are delivered immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

This Refund Policy is linked at checkout, and you must agree to it (alongside our Terms of Service and Disclaimer) before payment is completed.

6. How to Request a Refund#

To submit a refund request:

2. Include your order number, date of purchase, product name, and reason for the request.
3. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days for card payments. Crypto refunds may vary depending on network conditions.

7. Chargebacks#

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us first at [email protected]. We resolve most issues within a few days.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact, or for purchases that fall outside this Refund Policy, may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

8. Changes to This Policy#

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Updates apply only to purchases made after the revision date.
