1. Who We Are#
CryptoJobs3 is an independent crypto education platform operated by an Individual Entrepreneur based in Georgia. With 8+ years of experience in crypto markets, our focus is simple: helping traders understand markets better, through honest analysis and practical education.
This Privacy Policy covers how we handle your personal data across cryptojobs3.com and all associated services. This includes data collected through our payment tools, contact forms, email system, and analytics, listed in full further down this page.
Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
2. What Information We Collect#
We collect only what we need to run the platform and serve you properly. Here's exactly what that includes.
2.1 Buyer Information#
Your email address is required to process purchases and deliver access codes. Your name is optional. We do not operate user accounts with passwords on this site. Buyers are identified by email at checkout, and access is granted directly to that email.
2.2 Payment Information#
Card payments are handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Crypto payments go through NOWPayments, and we do not store wallet keys. What we store: transaction ID, amount, currency, and status.
2.3 Exchange UID#
If you join through our partner referral link, you may provide your Exchange UID for verification purposes. This is collected directly from you and used solely for that verification.
2.4 Contact Form#
When you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
2.5 Newsletter#
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address, nothing else.
2.6 Usage Data#
Like any website, we automatically collect basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site. This is standard server log data.
2.7 Cookies#
We use cookies on this site. Full details in Section 5 below.
3. Why We Collect It#
Here's exactly why we collect each category of data, nothing more, nothing less.
3.1 Email Address#
Used to deliver your purchase confirmation, access codes, and transactional notices (receipts, password resets for staff accounts). If you've subscribed to our newsletter, we'll also use it to send market updates, analysis, and platform announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3.2 Payment Information#
Collected solely to process your payment and grant the corresponding access to your purchase. We retain transaction records (ID, amount, currency, status) for accounting and fraud prevention purposes.
3.3 Exchange UID#
Used exclusively to verify your referral status through our partner exchange. This may also be used to confirm eligibility for exchange-related campaigns, including trading bonuses, airdrop allocations, VIP tier access, or time-limited referral promotions. We do not use your UID for any other purpose.
3.4 Contact Form Data#
Collected so we can read and respond to your inquiry. Simple as that.
3.5 Newsletter Subscription#
Your email is used to send educational content, market analysis, and platform updates. No spam. Only content you signed up for.
3.6 Usage Data#
Used to detect fraud, identify abuse, and debug technical issues on the platform. Helps us keep the site running properly.
4. Legal Basis for Processing#
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, the following legal bases apply to how we process your personal data under GDPR and UK GDPR.
4.1 Email Address & Payment Information: Contract#
We process this data because it is necessary to deliver the service you purchased. Without it, we cannot confirm your payment, grant access, or send transactional notices.
4.2 Newsletter Subscription: Consent#
We only send marketing and editorial content to users who have actively subscribed. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time. No questions asked.
4.3 Exchange UID & Referral Data: Consent + Legitimate Interest#
You provide your UID voluntarily to participate in referral programs, bonus campaigns, airdrop allocations, or VIP access periods. We process it to verify eligibility and fulfill those program conditions.
4.4 Usage Data & Server Logs: Legitimate Interest#
We collect standard technical data to maintain platform security, detect fraud, prevent abuse, and resolve technical issues. This is a legitimate operational need for any online platform.
4.5 Payment Records: Legal Obligation#
We retain transaction records to comply with applicable accounting and tax regulations. This is a legal requirement, not a choice.
5. Cookies & Tracking#
We use cookies to keep the site functional. Here's exactly what we use, nothing more.
5.1 Essential Cookies#
These cookies are required for the site to work properly. They handle things like maintaining your session during checkout and remembering UI preferences. You cannot opt out of essential cookies. Without them, the site doesn't function.
5.2 Analytics Cookies#
We currently do not run third-party analytics on this site. If we add analytics in the future (for example, to understand which pages are most useful), we will update this section before that change goes live and add a consent banner where required by law.
5.3 Advertising Cookies#
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not run retargeting campaigns or share your browsing data with ad networks.
5.4 Managing Your Cookies#
You can control or delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect how certain parts of the site function.
6. Third-Party Services We Share Data With#
We work with a small set of trusted third-party services to operate the platform. Below is a full and transparent list of every service that may receive your data: what they do, and where to find their own privacy policies.
| Service | What they do for us | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Card payment processing | stripe.com/privacy |
| NOWPayments (operated by FD Transfers LLC) | Cryptocurrency payment processing | nowpayments.io/privacy-policy · AML / KYC Policy (PDF) |
| Resend | Transactional and newsletter email delivery (noreply@, newsletter@) | resend.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Zoho Mail | Inbound email handling for support@ and partnerships@ | zoho.com/privacy.html |
| Web3Forms | Contact form submission delivery | web3forms.com/privacy |
| Cloudflare | DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection (processes visitor IP addresses) | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
We do not sell your data to any third party. These services are strictly operational: each one handles only the data necessary to perform its function.
All third-party providers listed above maintain their own privacy policies and data protection standards. We encourage you to review them directly.
6.1 AML / KYC for Crypto Payments#
Crypto payments on this site are processed by NOWPayments, operated by FD Transfers LLC (a company incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, company number 1745 LLC 2022), under its own AML / KYC Policy and Privacy Policy. When you pay with cryptocurrency, the following may apply directly between you and NOWPayments, independently of CryptoJobs3:
- Identity verification. NOWPayments may request your full name, government-issued ID, citizenship information, and other documentation before completing a payment, especially for larger transactions or where suspicious activity is detected. We do not see, store, or have access to those documents.
- Sanctions and transaction screening. Crypto transfers may be screened by NOWPayments against international sanctions lists and monitored for unusual patterns.
- Geographic and eligibility restrictions. NOWPayments' services are not available to persons under 18, and it may decline to serve customers from certain jurisdictions. If you are restricted, your crypto payment may be refused. This is their policy, not ours, and we cannot override it. See their AML / KYC Policy for the current terms.
- No anonymous payments. NOWPayments may not accept anonymous or pseudonymous accounts.
- Extended timelines. Enhanced verification by NOWPayments may delay an otherwise routine payment.
- Their data retention. NOWPayments retains KYC records and transaction documentation per its own compliance obligations. This is independent of the retention rules described in Section 7 of this policy, which apply only to data we hold ourselves.
If you need a card-based alternative, Stripe is available alongside NOWPayments on every checkout surface and is subject to its own privacy policy.
7. Data Retention#
We don't hold onto your data longer than necessary. Below is a clear breakdown of how long we keep each type of information and what happens when that period ends.
7.1 Contact & Inquiry Messages#
Messages submitted through the contact form are kept for 365 days, then automatically deleted. This covers any support requests, partnership inquiries, or general messages sent to the team.
7.2 Activity Logs#
Admin-side activity logs are retained for 90 days for security and operational monitoring purposes, then automatically purged.
7.3 Buyer & Subscriber Data#
Buyer email addresses and newsletter subscriptions are kept for as long as the relationship is active. If you request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days of that request. Some information may be retained beyond that window where we are legally required to do so, for example, records linked to financial transactions or tax obligations.
7.4 Payment Records#
Payment and billing records are retained for 7 years in line with standard tax and accounting requirements. This applies to transaction history, invoices, and any data required for financial reporting. This data is not used for any other purpose.
When a retention period expires, data is either permanently deleted or anonymized. It is never repurposed or archived indefinitely.
8. Your Rights#
You have real rights over your personal data, and exercising them is straightforward. Here's what you're entitled to.
8.1 Access#
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you at any time.
8.2 Correction#
If any information we hold is inaccurate or outdated, you have the right to ask us to correct it.
8.3 Deletion#
You can request that we delete the personal data we hold on you: your email address, transaction history, contact form messages, newsletter subscription, and any giveaway entries. We'll process this within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so, such as payment records for tax purposes.
8.4 Data Portability#
You can ask us to provide your data in a structured, readable format if you wish to transfer it elsewhere.
8.5 Object to Processing#
You have the right to object to certain types of data processing, for example, if you feel processing is not justified by our stated purposes.
8.6 Withdraw Consent#
If you previously consented to something, such as receiving our newsletter, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Unsubscribe links are included in every marketing email we send.
8.7 How to Exercise Your Rights#
Simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe what you'd like us to do. We'll respond within 30 days.
We're a small independent operation. There's no automated system here. A real person will read your request and handle it directly.
9. International Data Transfers#
CryptoJobs3 serves a global audience, including visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom. Some of the third-party services we use to operate this site are based in the United States.
This means your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in the course of normal operations.
Where such transfers occur, they are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
The services that may involve international data transfers include:
- Stripe: payment processing (US-based)
- Cloudflare: infrastructure and security (US-based)
- Resend: transactional email delivery (US-based)
- Zoho Mail: email communication (US-based)
- Web3Forms: contact form processing (US-based)
Each of these providers maintains data protection standards consistent with applicable regulations. We encourage you to review their individual privacy policies for full details.
10. Security#
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Here's exactly what we have in place.
10.1 Encrypted Connections#
All data transmitted through CryptoJobs3 is protected via HTTPS and TLS encryption. Your connection to the site is secure.
10.2 Hashed Staff Passwords#
Admin staff passwords are hashed using bcrypt, a one-way process that cannot be reversed. We never store staff passwords in plain text. Buyers do not create accounts or set passwords on this site.
10.3 Limited Admin Access#
Full backend access is restricted to the site owner only. No broad internal access to user data.
10.4 Verified Webhooks#
Payment notifications from Stripe and NOWPayments are verified by cryptographic signature before being processed. This prevents any unauthorized or spoofed requests from being acted on.
10.5 Activity Logging#
Admin actions are logged for accountability and audit purposes.
10.6 Document Integrity#
Our legal pages are protected by cryptographic content hashes. Each save through the admin panel is fingerprinted with SHA-256 and recorded in our audit log, so we can verify at any time that the published policy has not been altered outside of an authorized edit.
No system is 100% immune to risk. We do not hold any formal security certifications, and we won't claim otherwise. What we do commit to is keeping your data handled with care and staying current with reasonable security practices.
If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
11. Children's Privacy#
CryptoJobs3 is intended for adults only. This site is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy#
We may update this policy from time to time as our services evolve or regulations change. When we do:
- The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated.
- Material changes will be clearly noted on this page.
- If a change meaningfully expands what data we collect, we'll notify registered users by email.
We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed.
