If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility#

To use CryptoJobs3, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country of residence.

The Service is not available where prohibited by local law, including jurisdictions where cryptocurrency education or related content is restricted. By using the Service, you confirm that accessing this content is legal where you are located.

3. Access & Personal Use#

You don't create a user account or password to use CryptoJobs3. Paid access is granted to your email and delivered as a single-use access code. Specifically:

• We do not offer general user accounts. Only admin staff have password-protected logins, and they are not available to the public.
• Where you receive access (a VIP access code, a Telegram invite link, a course or session booking), that access is personal and non-transferable. One person, one access path.
• Sharing access, including forwarding access codes, Telegram invite links, screenshots of paid material, or trade ideas, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund. Full content-sharing rules are in Section 6.
• You must provide accurate information at purchase, particularly a valid email so that we can deliver your access code and any related communications. We are not responsible for missed access caused by typos or inactive inboxes.

4. Description of Services#

CryptoJobs3 provides cryptocurrency education, market analysis, and trading knowledge across multiple platforms. Everything is built to inform, educate, and develop independent thinking, not to provide financial advice.

4.1 Free Public Content#

Daily analysis, market reads, and educational content are published across X, Binance Square, CoinMarketCap, TikTok, and YouTube. All free. No sign-up required.

4.2 Telegram Community#

Public channel and group covering real-time market updates, chart breakdowns, and ongoing crypto education. Open to all levels.

4.3 Copy-Trading#

5. Payments & Subscriptions#

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods#

CryptoJobs3 accepts the following payment methods:

• Card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard).
• Crypto payments via NOWPayments (USDT, USDC).

5.2 Pricing & Currency#

All prices are listed in USD. Card payments via Stripe may be processed in your local currency where applicable. Crypto invoices are calculated at the live market rate at the time of checkout.

5.3 VIP Access: One-Time Plans#

VIP access is available in the following durations:

• 1 month
• 3 months
• 6 months
• 1 year

All plans are one-time payments, no auto-renewal. At the end of your access period, you will need to renew manually if you wish to continue.

5.4 Free VIP Access#

Free access may be granted to users who register on a partner exchange via the CryptoJobs3 referral link and maintain sufficient trading activity. Eligibility is evaluated monthly based on generated volume. Conditions are communicated directly.

5.5 Mentoring & Courses#

Sessions are billed per booking. Package options may become available over time. Check the website for current offerings.

5.6 Crypto Payments: Important Notice#

Once a crypto transaction has been confirmed on-chain, it is final and irreversible. Any approved refund will be issued in stablecoin equivalent. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds Policy.

6. User Conduct#

6.1 Overview#

Access to CryptoJobs3 content, trade ideas, and community is granted to you, and you alone. By using our services, you agree to the following rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6.2 Content & Trade Idea Protection#

Our VIP Trade Ideas and paid content represent years of work, research, and real market experience. Protecting that content is non-negotiable.

You may NOT:

• Share, repost, forward, or redistribute VIP Trade Ideas or paid content in any format, on any platform.
• Screenshot and publicly post Market Alert content to Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, or any other channel.
• Resell or sublicense access to CryptoJobs3 content in any form.
• Allow third parties to use your VIP access code, Telegram invite, or any other access entitlement issued to you.

One person, one access path. No exceptions. Any detected sharing will result in permanent termination, with no warning and no refund, and may be subject to legal action for intellectual property infringement.

6.3 Technical Integrity#

You may NOT:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or database connected to CryptoJobs3.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or extract site content without prior written permission.
• Use automated tools or bots to harvest, mirror, or replicate our content at scale.
• Reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

6.4 Automated Replication & Distribution#

Our Market Alerts and Trade Ideas are intended for individual, personal use only.

You are free to act on our analysis for your own personal decisions. However, you may NOT:

• Use automated systems, bots, or third-party tools to systematically replicate or copy our Market Alerts.
• Distribute or re-broadcast our Trade Ideas to other traders, paid or free, at any scale.
• Build or operate any service that relies on our content without explicit written authorization.

Personal use is fine. Redistribution at any scale is not.

6.5 Community Standards#

CryptoJobs3 maintains a professional, respectful environment. You may NOT:

• Harass, threaten, or demean other members or staff.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or off-topic content in community channels.
• Spread misinformation or manipulative content related to markets or trades.
• Impersonate CryptoJobs3, its team, or any other member.

6.6 Legal Compliance#

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. You may NOT use CryptoJobs3 for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Sanctions evasion.
• Market manipulation.
• Any activity that is illegal where you reside or operate.

Simple rule: if it's illegal where you are, don't do it here.

6.7 Monitoring & Enforcement#

We actively monitor platform activity to detect abuse, unauthorized sharing, and policy violations.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any access, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and without refund. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

We built this community for people who take it seriously. Those who don't, won't stay long.

7. Intellectual Property#

7.1 Ownership#

All content published on CryptoJobs3, including but not limited to written analysis, market research, trade ideas, market alerts, course materials, videos, graphics, branding, and the "CryptoJobs3" name and logos, is the exclusive property of CryptoJobs3 or its licensors.

10. Termination#

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any CryptoJobs3 service, at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Engaged in unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale of our content.
• Abused, harassed, or disrupted the community.
• Provided false information during purchase or referral verification.
• Engaged in any activity that may harm CryptoJobs3, its reputation, or its members.

Violations related to content theft or redistribution may result in immediate termination, with no refund and potential legal action.

10.2 Discontinuing Use#

VIP plans are one-time payments. There is no recurring subscription to cancel and no auto-renewal to switch off. If you choose to stop using the Service before your paid access period ends, no partial refund is owed unless our Refunds Policy explicitly allows one for your situation.

10.3 Effect of Termination#

Upon termination, by either party, the following applies immediately:

• Your access to all CryptoJobs3 services, content, and community platforms is revoked.
• Any licenses granted to you under these Terms are automatically cancelled.
• You must cease all use of CryptoJobs3 content, trade ideas, and materials.
• Any outstanding obligations or payments remain due.

10.4 What Survives Termination#

The following sections remain fully in effect after termination, regardless of the reason:

Termination ends your access. It does not end your obligations.

10.5 No Liability for Termination#

CryptoJobs3 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the suspension or termination of your access, whether initiated by us or by you.

11. Governing Law & Disputes#

11.1 Governing Law#

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction#

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Service, or your use of CryptoJobs3 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.

By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of Georgian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.

11.3 Good Faith Resolution#

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.

When we make changes, we will:

• Notify previous buyers by email at least 14 days in advance for any changes that materially affect your rights.
